Samsung Odyssey G5 Gaming Screens in 27″, 32″ and 34″ Sizes with High Refresh Rates
Following in the footsteps of the very popular G7 and G9 line-up, Samsung have also released their Odyssey G5 line-up gaming displays. There are models available in 27″ (C27G55T) and 32″ (C32G55T) 16:9 aspect ratios, and a 34″ (C34G55T) ultrawide size with 21:9 aspect ratio. These models feature VA technology panels, high refresh rates and adaptive sync support for variable refresh rates.
C34G55T – 34″ curved ultrawide 21:9 aspect
34″ sized display with a curved 1000R VA panel offering a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio and 165Hz refresh rate. It supports adaptive-sync for VRR from both NVIDIA and AMD systems, certified to AMD FreeSync Premium standard. In other specs there is a 1ms MPRT response time (implying the availability of a blur reduction mode), 2500:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 16.7m colour depth (8-bit) and a standard sRGB colour gamut. PbP modes are supported on this ultrawide model. For connectivity there is 1x DisplayPort 1.4, 1x HDMI 2.0 and a headphone jack provided. The stand provides only a simple tilt adjustment.
C32G55T and C27G55T – 32″ and 27″ curved 16:9 aspect

They support adaptive-sync for VRR from both NVIDIA and AMD systems, certified to AMD FreeSync Premium standard. In other specs there is a 1ms MPRT response time (implying the availability of a blur reduction mode), 2500:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 16.7m colour depth (8-bit) and a standard sRGB colour gamut. For connectivity there is 1x DisplayPort 1.2 along with 1x HDMI 2.0 and a headphone jack provided. The stand provides only a simple tilt adjustment.
