Information about a new 27″ screen from Dell has recently leaked on their website, although the spec page seems to be only part complete and not indexed from their main monitor pages. It is a the latest in their ultrathin range with a zero bezel design.

Anyway, the S2719DC offers an IPS panel with 2560 x 1440 resolution. It only has a normal 60Hz refresh rate but supports AMD FreeSync for variable refresh rates. There is support for VESA DisplayHDR 600 which includes an edge lit local dimming solution. HDR spec wise there is a 600 cd/m2 peak brightness offered along with a 90% DCi-P3 colour space coverage.

In other specs the panel offers a 5ms G2G response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 400 cd/m2 normal brightness (600 cd/m2 peak), 178/178 viewing angles and a 16.7m colour depth. There is a basic tilt function only offered from the stand. For connectivity there is 1x USB type-C, 1x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0 (1 with fast charging) and an audio input offered.
