AOC have released the spec for a new model in their AGON gaming series. The AG323QCXE is 31.5″ in size and features a curved (1500R) VA technology panel, 1ms MPRT spec and 144Hz refresh rate. This is supported by adaptive-sync, making variable refresh rates available from both AMD and NVIDIA systems.
In other specs the screen offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 550 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 16.7m colour depth and 120% sRGB colour gamut (91% DCI-P3 coverage). The wider colour gamut helps give a colour boost for gaming and HDR content. Speaking of HDR the screen does carry the lowly VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification as well. The 1ms MPRT spec is supported by an added Motion Blur Reduction (MBR) backlight option.
The screen comes factory calibrated with a dE < 2 as well. There are 2x DisplayPort 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.0, 4x USB 3 ports, a headphone jack, mic input and mic output for connectivity. 2x 5W speakers are also integrated in to the screen. The stand offers tilt, height and swivel adjustments.
