Philips 329M1RV with 32″ IPS Panel, 4K Resolution and 144Hz Refresh Rate Details Emerge

Details of a new screen from Philips have appeared on Chinese retailer taobao. The 329M1RV is a 32″ sized screen offering a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution ‘Fast IPS’ technology panel along with a 144Hz refresh rate. This would represent one of the options in the long-anticipated 4K @144Hz displays in larger sizes than the current 27″ models available. It uses adaptive sync to support VRR from both NVIDIA and AMD systems.

Gigabyte Aorus FI27Q-X with 1440p IPS Panel and 240Hz Refresh Rate

Gigabyte have released in some regions a new model in their gaming display lineup. The Aorus FI27Q-X is 27″ in size and boasts a 2560 x 1440 resolution IPS-type panel combined with a 240Hz refresh rate. The screen also offers a 0.3ms MPRT advertised response time spec thanks to a blur reduction mode and a wide colour gamut covering 93% DCI-P3. The screen uses adaptive sync for VRR from both NVIDIA and AMD systems.

Asus TUF Gaming VG34VQL1B with 34″ VA panel, 165Hz Refresh Rate and Variable Overdrive

Asus have quietly released details of a new monitor in their TUF Gaming series on their website. The VG34VQL1B is 34″ in size and offers an ultrawide VA panel with a 3440 x 1440 resolution, overclocked 165Hz refresh rate (144Hz native), adaptive-sync support and a 1ms MPRT spec with their Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology being used. Variable refresh rates are available from both compatible NVIDIA and AMD systems. It has been certified under AMD’s ‘FreeSync Premium’ scheme as well.

AOC AGON AG493UCX with 49″ Ultrawide VA Panel, 5120 x 1440 and 120Hz Refresh Rate

AOC have released a new gaming monitor in their popular AGON series. The AG493UCX is a massive curved (1800R) 49″ ultrawide screen with a 5120 x 1440 resolution, the same as two 27″ 2560 x 1440 monitors joined side by side. The screen uses a VA technology panel and boasts a 1ms MPRT spec, 120Hz refresh rate and adaptive-sync support for VRR from both AMD and NVIDIA systems.
